We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify:
The item must be in original condition, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
Items that do not qualify for returns include, but are not limited to:
Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items
Digital/downloadable products
Perishables, health, or hygiene-sensitive goods
Items marked as final sale or non-refundable
To start a return:

Provide your order number and the reason for return.
Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns to the original form of payment.
Returns requested as store credit will not incur a return shipping fee.
Customers may opt to use their own courier service; however, return tracking must be provided.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
You will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of your return.
If approved:
Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds to store credit (gift card or account credit) will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Banks or credit card issuers may require additional time to post the transaction.
We welcome returns from international customers, with the following considerations:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes, which are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining shipping confirmation.
In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

We will investigate and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no additional charge.
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:
Returns can be made for store credit only, issued in the form of a digital gift card.
Please provide the gift giver's name or order number if available.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
Orders can be canceled only before they are fulfilled or shipped.
